12/13 tech article

In Africa astronomers made a gigantic telescope in hopes of seeing black holes, stars, and new planets. The nickname for this telescope is SALT.  Its the largest in the world. The telescope is placed in Africa because their seasons aren't a big change; from Africa the stars look black. They can also identify different asteroids with SALT.click here.The South African Large Telescope (SALT) is one of the largest single optical telescopes in the world. The super-telescope is capable of seeing the faintest of lights in outer space.
